My experience includes many years working with young people, families and schools as a counsellor. In this role I have helped many young people to overcome their anxieties, phobias, behaviour problems and other barriers to learning and development.

For many people the change in their state is rapid, others need longer to adjust to changes or circumstances in their life. For this reason, the number of sessions with any particular client is variable and will be negotiated fairly.
I also have a commitment to my own personal and professional development, undertaking regular supervision and further training to ensure the highest standards of treatment are maintained.
